RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SRCSM Apparel. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
You may return any unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at support@srcsm-apparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@srcsm-apparel.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you would like.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@srcsm-apparel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. We will issue a replacement or refund for the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
